Get Ready for some smoky "Cat's Q"
Dan Ames is the smoke-meister at Catherine’s Market, and he’s preparing some of our favorite “low and slow” smoked meats. Put your carnivore hat on, because “Cat’s Q” is now available for carryout on select weekends. Choose from pulled pork, spareribs, whole smoked chickens, and Conecuh sausage. Family Meals are also available pairing two delicious sides with these scrumptious meaty masterpieces, buns or Texas toast, and your choice of fig or white barbecue sauces. What a tasty and easy way to start your weekend at the lake!
Orders must be placed ahead of time by calling Catherine’s Market at 256.215.7070. Place your order by Wednesday and pick up your tasty goodness anytime after Friday at 3pm or on Saturday. The select weekends include May 12 and 26; June 2, 16 and 30; July 14 and 28; August 4 and 18; and September 1 and 15. Bring on the napkins!
